Officer C STINE is a green ass prick of a cop. Knowing ppl are hurting bad right now during these times he still will write BS little tickets that cost $100 each. Guess what, that $100 is some families GROCERY MONEY FOR THE WEEK/OR EVEN MONTH! But because a headlight is out & U need to make your quota of tickets for the month U feel the need to nitpick (more like nit PRICK) ppl who are law abiding citizens except they don’t have the extra cash to spend on a headlight compared to their children having food in their bellies. SHAME ON U!
